THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO CERTIFIED 8(a) CONTRACTORS ONLY General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4, has a requirement for Combined Operations & Maintenance and Janitorial Related Services for 15 Federal Buildings in the state of Kentucky. The building locations and addresses are located in the attached DRAFT PWS. THE PWS IS A DRAFT DOCUMENT. THE FINAL DOCUMENT WILL BE UPLOADED WITH THE SOLICITATION ON OR BEFORE June 29, 2020. The NAICS Code is 561210, Facilities Support Services The Business Size Standard is $41.5M. Period of Performance. Base year: October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 with the option to extend the contract term for four (4) additional one-year periods. The Government's intent is to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for a total potential performance period of five (5) years. This IDIQ will require a monthly Firm Fixed Price line items for specified services as well as Additional Services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
