General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space State: Utah City: Salt Lake City Delineated Area: • North: N. Temple to 2nd Ave. • South: I-80 • East: 1300 E to 500 S to Foothill Dr. • West: I-15 Minimum Sq. Ft.(ABOA): 12,100 Maximum Sq. Ft.(ABOA): 15,481 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 35 surface spaces Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: •Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building or building renovated for office use. •Offered space must be located on the 1st or 2nd floor. •If space offered is on the 2nd floor, elevator service shall consist of a minimum of 2 accessible elevators serving the floor proposed. One of the accessible elevators may serve as a freight elevator. •Space containing interior ramps or steps shall not be considered. •Space shall be no more than twice as long as it is wide and should have open area where columns and other obstructions do not hinder the development of efficient space layout and office workflow. •Columns must be at least 20 feet from any structural wall and from each other. •Columns shall not be greater than 18 inches square in size. •The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
