Ft. (ABOA): 18,191 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,191 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 on-site reserved structured spaces Full Term: 17 Years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous, located on the second floor or above, and have potential for an efficient layout. Building floor plate must be a minimum of 15,000 ABOA SF. Minimum column spacing of 25’ is required. For space on more than one floor, contiguous floors are required with secure vertical access between the floors. 9 reserved parking spaces are required on-site. If on-site parking is not available, the Government may consider parking within two (2) walkable blocks from the building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
