The space will be occupied by a customer facing agency. Proximity to public transportation must be at regularly scheduled times during the entire workday and be within 600 feet or two blocks (whichever is less) from the building entrance for the commuting needs of the visiting public. The route from the bus stop to the building entrance shall be accessible for the mobility impaired. Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully serviced rent. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
