The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than Sept 30, 2021. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Hadicapped Accessibility. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
