The parking spaces shall have the size to accommodate an SUV type of vehicle. One space shall have one electrical vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) charging station to comply with the 2027 US Government fleet modernization mandate. The EVSE shall have software to be compatible with WEX, an application approved by the Government for credit card transactions and leased facilities. The landlord would be the owner of the charging station. The agency can extend use of the charging station to its employees on a pay-as-you-go basis. The loading dock shall have a rolling door capability higher than 9 feet. Dock level preferred. The 2000 sf storage area shall have an HVAC system. Office and storage space must be contiguous on the same floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”/“500-Year”] floodplain).
