(ABOA): 6,959 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved Surface): Six (6) Full Term: Ten (10) Years (120 Months) Firm Term: Five (5) Years (60 Months) Options: One (1) - Five (5) Year Renewal Option Additional Requirements: • Restrooms must be located in the building common area, outside of the offered space • Space between columns and/or walls throughout the offered space shall be predominantly no less than 20 feet • Minimum 10' slab-slab unfinished ceiling height • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease • A fully serviced lease is required • Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, estimated rental rate and contact information of authorized representative.
