General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Pittsburgh, PA: State: Pennsylvania City: Pittsburgh Delineated Area: See attached delineated area map and description below. North: I-376 from US-30, northeast on Old William Penn Hwy to Haymaker Rd, south on Haymaker Rd and continuing on Mosside Blvd (PA-48) East: Mosside Blvd (PA- 48 N) / Jacks Run Rd from I-376 to Lincoln Way West: Intersection of Lincoln Way and Jacks Run Rd. Continue on north on Lincoln Way, to PA-148 N/5th Ave. Continue to Westinghouse Ave to E Pittsburgh McKeesport Blvd; continue to Port Perry Road to Clyde Ave. Head North on US-30W to I-376. GSA is seeking Offerors to propose space for lease to be used as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The solicitation will be conducted using the Two Phase Design Build Selection Procedures. The first phase shall consist of an evaluation of the Offeror's Experience and Past Performance on Similar Projects, Project Resourcing Plan and Key Personnel Qualifications, and Design Philosophy and Approach. The Government shall select no more than five of the most highly qualified teams to proceed to the second phase. Offerors proceeding to the second phase shall submit a full technical offer and price proposal, including a review of the site or building proposed by the Offeror. Offered space must meet Government requirements including fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Additional details will be provided in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package after the Expressions of Interest are received.
