Northeast Boundary: Route 11 & Highway 81 to Highway 88, ending at the Port Crane exit. East Boundary: Albany Street to Pine Street, which becomes Depot Hill Road. Route 68 (Old State Road) west to Route 185 (Stratmill Road) south ending at Highway 81. From there (Highway 81) to Colesville Road to Highway 11 (Conklin Kirkwood Road) to Susquehanna River. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
