Notice to the Public that the Government intent to Extend parking lease from May 2021 thru April 2026. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for securable parking that can provide the Federal Government with 70 self-park type parking spaces (not valet type). Any parking location offered to the Government must be able to accommodate a minimum height clearance of 12 feet in order to allow for passage of over-sized vehicles (any overhead obstructions must allow for a 12 foot height clearance). The offered parking must be located at a single location (multiple locations that are not directly adjoined will not be considered). The offered parking must be located within the Borough of Manhattan in New York City, New York. The Proposed lease term is for five (5) years firm commencing on May 1, 2021. All responses received by COB March 27,2019 will be considered. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government. Delineated boundaries: 12th Avenue on the west; West 30th Street on the north; 9th Avenue on the east; West 23rd Street to 11th Avenue to West 24th on the south.
