U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: New York (Brooklyn) Delineated Area: North- Prospect Expressway East- Prospect Expressway/Fort Hamilton Parkway West- 2nd Avenue South- 79th Street Minimum/Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,435 ABOA SF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 30 surface within a 5 block radius of the offered space Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Cancellation Rights: 120 days Additional Requirements: To be determined Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease, to include all utilities and janitorial is required. Offered spaces within a floodplain will be considered if and only after any and all offered locations that are not within the floodplain are deemed technically non-compliant. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement. At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than April 8, 2019 by 4:30 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum: • Building name and address? • Location of space in the building and date of availability? • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full-service rental rate per RSF? • ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full-service rental rate per ABOA SF? • Floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space? • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered.
