Offered Space must be located on the Ground Floor. Ground floor level providing direct access from the secure parking lot to allow for effective operation of vehicles and recurring movement of pest survey supplies, including traps and lure; and portable table, signs, and outreach materials for exhibits. Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. A minimum of 4 employee public parking spaces must be available within a walkable ½ mile of offered space.
