Offered Space must be located on the Ground Floor. Ground floor level providing direct access from the ware yard/secure parking lot to allow for effective operation of vehicles and recurring movement of pest survey supplies, including traps and lure; and portable table, signs, and outreach materials for exhibits. Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. Adequate eating and banking facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Charlotte, NC that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Location of the available space within the building along with a floor plan. Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per RSF fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount of TI and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost, if any. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. List of building services provided. Authorization from the property owner to submit the building / space for consideration.
