General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Springfield Delineated Area: North: East Sunshine Street South: East Briar Street to S. Kissick Ave. to Lake Springfield East: Highway 65 West: South National Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,208 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,920 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, and professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use Space shall not be located within ¼-mile of check-cashing establishment, liquor store, attorney's office, adult-entertainment venue or bar (though restaurants that serve alcohol are acceptable) Space shall be within ½ mile of public transportation and employee amenities Offered space must be contiguous on one floor; if offered space is above or below the ground floor, a minimum of two (2) elevators must be available Space must allow efficient use, including: configuration (space shall be no more than twice as long as it is wide); size, number and placement of columns must be at least 20 feet apart, center to center, and 20 feet from any interior wall and be no more than 2 feet square Ceilings must be nine- to twelve-feet high Please reference Solicitation 8MO2376 in all communication Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements: This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of interest are welcome only from property owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. Responses omitting the items below may not be considered: •1. Address of proposed property. •2. Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact. •3. Name and contact information of the property ownership's legal entity. •4. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner's agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities.
