A modern, quality office building of sound and substantial construction. Space adaptable to efficient layout and workflow. The Government must have access to a loading dock or a secured direct access at grade to the proposed space. Space shall be contiguous on one floor. Government shall have 24/7 access to a loading dock. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
