Ft. ABOA: 983,000 Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft. 983,000 Space Type: Record storage, office and related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 114 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 114 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 20 Additional Requirement Above and below ground space will be considered. A minimum of eleven feet, one inch clear stacking height above finished floor is required. The requirement is to house a facility that will hold record storage for the National Archives and Records Administration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully service lease is not required. The lease shall be net of electricity. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Lenexa, Kansas, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, replication of shelving, double rent, and non-productive agency downtime.
