U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Idaho City: Boise Delineated Area: Boise CBD Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):19,155 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,568 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 36 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 35 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 36 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Additional Requirements: • Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building. • Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc. • The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. • Offered space must allow for occupants to carry firearms openly and concealed • Offered space must provide sally port access for escorted potential criminal detainees • Offered space must provide holding cells for agency detainees Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.action required: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Boise, ID, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
