U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: GA City: Augusta Delineated Area: North: Huntington Drive South: Whitney Place West: Perimeter Pkwy East: Perimeter Pkwy Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,151 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,151 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor. Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. Adequate eating and banking facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Augusta, GA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Expression of Interest should include the following and reference Solicitation Number 8GA2381: Building name and address. Location of the available space within the building along with a floor plan. Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per RSF fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount of TI and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost, if any. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. List of building services provided. Authorization from the property owner to submit the building / space for consideration.
