Offered space must be contiguous space. Minimum required ceiling height: 30 ft. Minimum aisle way width: 11 ft with 15 ft cross aisles. Loading dock requirements: minimum number of docks: 100 with 5 drive in ramps with 15 ft clearance. Ware yard requirements: minimum 300 hard stand parking for semi-trailer container (50ft trailer) storage. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Government may consider separately metered utilities. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
