Ft. (ABOA): 4,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 60 Firm Term: 24 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor and located on the second floor or higher is preferred. Space shall be located: 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere, OR 2) On an attractively landscaped site containing two or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Location should not be adjacent to overpasses, bridges, elevated ramps or railroad tracks. The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease LFL47860 in Orlando, Florida, that will be expiring on 6/30/2023. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
