General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Vero Beach Delineated Area: Delineated Area: North: Micco Rd East: Indian River South: West Midway Road West: Florida Turnpike, 95 Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,220 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,220 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 11 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements:[ Offered space must be located on the ground floor and it must be contiguous. Parking: 11 spaces are required for Government Vehicles. Furthermore, for visitors and employees, the parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Adequate eating facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO. Other employee services, such as retail shops, cleaners, and banks, shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles as determined by the LCO. Amenities must be existing or Offeror must demonstrate to the Government’s reasonable satisfaction that such amenities will exist by the Government’s required occupancy date. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
