GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Miami Delineated Area: North: State Road 948 South: State Road 836 East: State Road 953 West: State Road 826 Warehouse Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,000 ABOASF Warehouse Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,000 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in RLP/Lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offerors shall advise if the offered building is located in the 100 year flood plain. Generally, GSA does not accept these sites, however some Counties in Florida are exempt from this requirement. As such, GSA will review the location of the offered site(s) and determine if the requirement to be outside of the 100 year floodplain is waived.
