GSA Public Buildings Service NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Miami, FL that will be expiring June 30, 2019. The Government intends to negotiate a new replacing lease for 29 structured parking spaces based on economic, mission, and other factors. Description of Requirements State: Florida City: Miami Delineated Area: North: NW 3rd Street South: SW 1st Street East: North/South Miami Avenue West: NW 2nd Avenue Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 41 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 41 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Additional requirements apply and will be addressed in RLP/Lease Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. Action: for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.
