General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Greenwood Village Delineated Area: Greenwood Village, CO Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,980 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,578 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 structured parking spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 13 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located within a modern office building and on only one floor. Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Greenwood Village, CO, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
