General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): State: Arizona City: Flagstaff Delineated Area: Flagstaff City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,578 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,957 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 16 Parking Spaces (Surface): 16 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 16 for official GOV vehicles Initial Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: One 5-year Additional Requirements: 2 of the 16 reserved parking spaces are for bus parking Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
