General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Salt Lake City Delineated Area: North: Harold Gatty Dr. to N Wright Brothers Dr. to I-80 to W North Temple St. South: Lake Park Blvd. to Parkway Blvd. East: Redwood Rd. West: 560 W to N 560 W to W Amelia Earhart Dr. to John Glenn Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,550 Wareyard: Approx. 7,800 SF Space Type: Office, Warehouse, Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 16 reserved parking spaces – pull through spaces to accommodate trucks and trailers Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be in contiguous space. Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Warehouse door must be at least 12' to accommodate trailer access. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
