GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Dallas Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: From the intersection of Forest Lane and Marsh Lane, traveling east on Forest Lane to the intersection of I-75 and Forest Lane. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of Coit Road and I-75, traveling south on I-75. Travel south on I-75 until the intersection of I-75 and Woodall Rodgers Fwy (366) Southern Boundary: From the intersection of I-75 and Woodall Rodgers Fwy (366), travel west on Woodall Rodgers Fwy until the intersection of Woodall Rodgers Fwy and I-35E. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Location should not be adjacent to overpasses, bridges, elevated ramps or railroad tracks. The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
