Government currently occupies 75,000 rentable square feet of warehouse and related use space located at 3120 Ashley Phosphate Road, Charleston, SC, under a lease scheduled to expire June 30, 2019. The Government plans to negotiate a 3 year lease renewal at this location at the same square footage based on economic advantage, agency mission, and other factors while we prepare for a competitive action for the Government's long term needs. The Government will only consider relocation of if alternative space is advantageous to the government and factors including relocation and disruption can be mitigated. All service, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
