This is a Limited Source Procurement to establish a single, Firm-Fixed Price, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply of Expedient Small Asset Protection (ESAP) 2, P/N OFB-CTR-RD-MPE-6023X60-ISO20, manufactured by Dogwood Industries. Substitutes or "or Equals" shall not be allowed. Based on information received from the customer the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). This requirement is only available from one GSA Schedule contract ADS, Inc., GS-07F-358AA. The customer is the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Requirements and Acquisition Division (AFCEC/CXA) Tyndall AFB, FL. Dogwood Industries owns the data rights and drawings for the Expedient Small Asset Protection (ESAP) 2, P/N OFB-CTR-RD-MPE-6023X60-ISO20. There are no dealers/resellers on the GSA Mulitiple Award Schedules program authorized tosell/procure this specific part number on behalf of Dogwood Industries.
