Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be based on the results of the RESPONSES to this ADVERTISEMENT and additional market research (e.g., costar database searches, gsa listing files, etc.). Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare. The U.S. Government is seeking a 19 month, 11 month firm sole source lease for approximately 6,247 ABOA SF of office and related space at 155 Pinelawn Road, Melville, New York, without full and open competition. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous.
