The Government requires office and related space yielding 11,012 – 12,000 ANSI/BOMA. The lease term requirement is for five (5) years. The space must be available for occupancy by June 12, 2020. The delineated area is: Linthicum, Maryland Other applicable requirements include the following features: Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Offered space must be capable of meeting the Government’s Fire and Life Safety and accessibility requirements. Fully serviced Lease required. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
