The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under Lease No. LMA04400 in Dorchester, MA that has expired. The Government is considering alternative space if econmically advantageous. This alternative office space will be for 36 months. In making this determination, the Government will consider amont other othings, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Governmenmt's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating for a short term, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. The Space should consist of a minimum 6,128 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet of office and related space. Space must be contiguous on one floor, with 9'0" ceiling height and if space is above first floor there must be two (2) passenger elevators, as well as be withing walking distance to public transportation.
