GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Solicitation # 7LA2225 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space as authorized under Prospectus Number LA-01-NO19: State: Louisiana City: New Orleans & Surrounding Areas Delineated Area: North: I-12 from I-55 continuing on to I-10 to N Military Road; East: N Military Road south to Highway 190 to Highway 90 south to Old Gentilly Road; South: Old Gentilly Road west to Almonaster Avenue west to Industrial Canal south to Mississippi River to Intercoastal Waterway south to intersection of LA 23 and LA 3017. LA 3017 south then north to the intersection of LA 3017 and Lapalco Boulevard. Following Lapalco Boulevard to Destrehan Avenue south to LA 3134. North on LA 3134, right on LA 45 to LaPalco Boulevard. West on LaPalco Boulevard to Highway 90. West on Highway 90 to I-310; West: Interstate 310 to Highway 61 west to Highway 51 to intersection of Interstate 10 and Interstate 55. All submissions must include the following information at a minimum: (1) Property name/address; (2) Age of all structures on the property; (3) Date of space availability; (4) Total existing gross square feet and gross square feet per floor; (5) ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered; (6) Site plan depicting the building(s), land acreage and parking; (7) Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space; (8) Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area; (9) Department of Homeland Security - Federal Emergency Management Agency map demonstrating that the property lies above the 100-year elevation floodplain; (10) Name of owner and name and contact information of authorized contact; (11) Evidence of ownership with non-Owners (e.g. brokers) required to provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property; (12) Any information related to title issues, easements or restrictions on the use of the property or any structures on the property; and (13) Evidence that the Government's intended use is permissible in the Property's zone.
