The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 9,255 ANSI/BOMA office area and 64 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
