Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the CBP Field Operations Facilities that is expiring in Louisville, KY at the Memphis Shelby County Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 9,255 ANSI/BOMA office area and 64 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,255 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 9,255 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by February 17, 2022.
