(ABOA): 9,617 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 reserved surface or structured parking spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be on the second floor or above; Space must be contiguous; Cannot be located in building that houses U.S. Probation or U.S. Attorney's offices; Site entrance must be within walkable ½ mile of public transportation; Building must be able to accommodate freight elevator Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
