Delineated Area: West – Fort Street Mall, North – Beretania Street, East – South Street, South – Ala Moana Blvd. Both sides of the street on these boundaries shall be included. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,245 (usable sq. ft.) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,855 (usable sq. ft.) Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Seven (7) reserved structured stalls Full Term: Fifteen (15) years Firm Term: Ten (10) years Renewal Option Term: Two (2) years Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
