The purpose of this 2nd amendment to RLP 7FL2414-2 is to change the required ABOA SF from a range of 16,153 to 16,960 to a new range of 18,000 to 18,250 ABOA SF. Please note that Final Proposal Revisions must be received no later than 5 PM ET on May 8, 2019. This purpose of this amendment of Solicitation 7FL2414-2 is to change the parking requirements. The requirement for 35 garage parking spaces is eliminated and instead the required number of surface parking spaces is increased from 19 to 54 parking spaces. At least 35 of the surface parking spaces must be capable of being adequately secured with no-climb security fencing and access strictly limited to the tenant. In addition, the secured parking must abut the leased office space so that there is direct access to/from the secured parking area to the leased office space. Please note that Final Proposal Revisions must be received no later than 5 PM ET on April 22, 2019. GSA is looking for office space in Jacksonville, FL Notes: This acquisition is required to accept sites only within the delineated area which are also within United States Congressional District 4. Potential offerors are required as part of their offer to confirm that their proposed site is within Congressional District 4. The Duval County Supervisor of Elections website can be used to confirm the Congressional District: http://www.duvalelections.com/Voter-Information/Maps/Congressional-Districts The Expression of Interest should include the following: (1) Name and address of property owner, (2) Name and address of the building being proposed, (3) if the proposer is not the owner, then documentation that proposer has the authority to submit proposed property for consideration, (4) floor plan of proposed space, (5) confirmation that proposed property is in Congressional District 4, (6) property flyer or advertising literature.
