University Drive West: S. Pine Island Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,515 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,515 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 16 Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured): 10 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 16 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous but may be located in two blocks of space of approximately 5,510 and 8,005 ABOA SF. Class A office space is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
