(ABOA): 13,500 Space Type: Office and Warehouse Parking Spaces (Surface): Per Local Code Parking Spaces (Structured): 15 (located in warehouse) Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Additional Requirements: The offered warehouse space shall not have columns located less than 50 feet apart. The offered space shall provide 24/7 access. The offered warehouse space shall have a minimum ceiling height of 16 feet. The offered warehouse space shall have two overhead motorized insulated rolling doors (one door shall be 14’ wide by 16’ high and one door shall be 12’ wide by 10’ high). The offered warehouse space shall be equipped with separate HVAC capable of maintaining a temperature between 65-80 degrees. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
