GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project 7CA2942 Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Drug Enforcement Administration that is located on Los Angeles International Airport at 1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 5,301 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft (ABOA): 5,301 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,301 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 11/14/2019.
