GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: This re-advertisement is for the purpose of changing the Delineated Area to the city limits of Gilbert, AZ State: ARIZONA City: Gilbert Delineated Area: City limits of Gilbert, AZ Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,190 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,650 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 with one meeting ADA requirements Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 12 Years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: Space shall contiguous on one floor Space shall be located within the equivalent of two city blocks of a primary/secondary street. Space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. Size, number and placement of columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other and not more than 2 feet square Space offered is on second floor or above, a minimum of two elevators must be available. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator Parking shall be in accordance with local Government requirements, paved, striped, lighted and graded for proper drainage. Where parking is not available, parking for the disabled must be located within the same block Building must be capable of supporting secured roof access and installation of a satellite dish, (1.2 meters in diameter) with unobstructed southwestern view with a minimum elevation of 15 degrees above the horizon. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
