The General Services Administration (GSA), New England Region, Acquisition Management Division, is conducting market research to determine if the performance work statement attached is sufficient in meeting the Government's objectives, as well as determining who the capable sources are to meet the Performance Work Statement. GSA’s objective is to: Contract with an industry consultant, experienced in working on purchase/sales transactions, repositioning, market offerings and divestiture strategies of unique real property assets to develop a public offering for the competitive sale of the Property to maximize the proceeds from sale of the Property. Enlist an industry consultant who has vast experience to analyze the local and national industrial real estate and large investment markets, and international interest in the U.S. real estate and investment market and develop a sales marketing and advertising strategy and campaign that generates significant local, regional, national and international interest in its sale offering and ultimately resulting in maximum sales proceeds of not less than the Government’s expected reserve price. Obtain outside consultation to review GSA’s auction practices and provide guidance and advice on achieving an appropriate catchment of prospective purchasers for the most successful sales strategy possible. Work with a vendor with experience in securities and commodities contracts or similar financial investments for clients with projects in the global energy industry. 7PZ seeks an industry consultant who has vast expertise and experience advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of commodities and assets in the energy sector and the ability to leverage that knowledge to support the GSA transactional framework and conduct post sale analysis. Partner with an industry consultant to provide advice and guidance to identify terms of sale to attract the maximum interest in GSA’s offering of the Property from prospective purchasers in a narrow market. Finally, 7PZ seeks an industry consultant to provide advice and guidance to GSA on post sale results to validate expected outcomes or explain unexpected outcomes.
