(ABOA): 1010 Space Type: Office/Lab Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 120 Months Firm Term: 120 Months Option Term: Two 5 Year Renewal Options Additional Requirements: 1. Build out will include minimum 400 ABOA SF basic kitchen-style lab / prep area 2. If offered space is not on grade, a freight elevator that can accommodate dimensions of 85" tall x 81" long, and 32" deep is required 3. All entry ways leading in to the offered space must be able to accommodate the dimensions 85" tall x 81" long, and 32" deep 4. Space will need to have one dedicated 240v duplex receptacle Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. Action: for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.
