The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Region 6, 2300 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108 is seeking either HUBZone, Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB) or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for janitorial services at the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63103. If your firm has multiple small business designations, that is acceptable. Janitorial work is expected to commence on or about October 1, 2024. The solicitation and rustling contract will be for a base period and 4 (four) one (1) year option periods. The Contractor shall provide all resources, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, hauling away, disposal, training, supplies, materials, and oversight to ensure that quality and performance standards are successfully achieved in the solicitation and resulting contract. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $22 million. Estimated cleaning is 897,923 square feet of the building. This is subject to change prior to issuance of the solicitation. Interested parties who have cleaned buildings with a minimum of 675,000 square feet within 3 (three) of the past 5 (five) years are requested to submit their capability statement detailing this/these buildings and their janitorial experience to Brian Barnett by 12pm (noon) December 12th, 2023 via brian.barnett@gsa.gov.
