GSA Public Buildings Service PROJECT NUMBER 6NY0708A Syracuse, NY General Services Administration (GSA) is seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Syracuse Delineated Area: Northern Border: Taft Road Southern Border: State Rte. 173 Eastern Border: Interstate 481 Western Border: Onondaga Road and State Rte. 695. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,831 USF - 14,523 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 40 reserved parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): - 40 reserved parking spaces. GSA would prefer structured and secured if available. - A secured Sally port is also required. Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: ? Subleases are not acceptable. ? The Government requires a fully serviced lease. ? Freight elevator access to all occupied floors is required. ? Loading Dock access is required. ? Design of new building systems should be capable of meeting LEED Silver Certification Energy Star certification. ? The building shall comply with applicable security requirements of the Department of Homeland Security and will be classified as Level 3 facility. ? Office space shall not be located adjacent to, in close proximity or and/or within residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities. ? The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, including freight elevator and loading dock access. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
