The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease on an other-than-full-and-open-competition basis for TSA’s expiring lease in Meridian, MS, at Meridian Regional Airport. The required space is contiguous office and related space of 1,002 ANSI/BOMA square feet, located on airport property, with no adjacent parking spaces. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included in the rental consideration.
