The lease term is 15 years with 13 firm years, and amortization is 8 years for both tenant improvements and building-specific amortized capital. The agency tenant improvement allowance is $71.54 per ABOA SF for new leased space, and building-specific amortized capital is $25.00 per ABOA SF for new leased space. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer without negotiations, and subleases will not be considered.
