U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: North Andover Delineated Area: North: Merrimack River East: Interstate 95 West: Interstate 495 South: Highway 2/Interstate 95 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,944 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,091 SF Space Type: Hangar (with Approximately 448 SF office space) Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 3 Surface Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: Location in the Community A. The space must be within the delineated area. Location in the Building A. Space must have direct access to the secured parking spaces Additional Requirements A. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Government shall have the right to mount roof antennas. Agency cannot be collocated with Federal, State, or local Government Agencies, or private firms whose primary clientele are involved or have ties to criminal elements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than May 13, 2019 by 4:30 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum: • Building name and address? • Location of space in the building and date of availability? • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and full service rental rate per RSF? • ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet offered and full service rental rate per ABOA SF? • Evidence of ability to meet the required occupancy date of August 3, 2020; • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submission received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received which also must be submitted prior to the Expression of Interest Due Date.
