The Government is seeking Expressions of Interest for an office lease requirement of 20,028 ABOA square feet of space and 30 reserved parking spaces. The General Services Administration plans to execute a full service succeeding 10 year lease with an option to terminate after 4 years. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements.
