GSA is seeking to lease office space in Miami Lakes, Florida, totaling 1,883–1,977 ABOA square feet with a full term and firm term of 10 years and no option term. The offered space must include 3 on-site structured reserved parking spaces plus any additional on-site parking required by local code. At least 840 ABOA square feet must be contiguous, above the ground floor, and separately demised with its own suite entrance or on a different floor, while the remaining 1,043 ABOA square feet must be contiguous in one suite. The space must be fully serviced; comply with Federal, State, and local fire/life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability requirements; and not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain, with Section 889 telecommunications prohibitions applying. A party other than the property owner or manager must include an ownership letter granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
